Meet Erica

Entrepreneur,  Best-Selling author, mom, speaker and Licensed Therapist

Erica Tatum-Sheade is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist, and Certified Daring Way Facilitator and the owner of Integrated Mental Health Associates a private practice located in Scottsdale, Arizona whose mission is to provide open, professional, and above all effective mental health services to those in need.   

Erica provides individual sessions to children and adolescents and specializes in Shame Resiliency, CBT, EMDR, and Adlerian Play Therapy.  Erica provides Daring Greatly and Rising Strong groups for women and she has also created a group curriculum called G.E.M.S. ® (Girls Empowered, Motivated, and Strong), where she teaches concepts of confidence, empowerment, self-esteem, and authenticity to girls from elementary through high school.  She is the co-owner of the Arizona Insitute for Advanced Psychotherapy Training (AZIAPT)and CMC (Chief Mom in Charge) of Fight Confront Knockout The Stigma. 

Erica also provides training and clinical supervision to other professionals and speaks regularly about mental health to groups and organizations.
